About Andie Thiel...
..From her website:
"I'm 36 years old, I've always been athletic and I discovered my love of weight training in 1994 when I was in the military. Upon my discharge from the military, I began competitive bodybuilding and entered numerous contests in the mid-1990's, eventually capping off the first phase of my bodybuilding career by placing 8th in my weight class at the National Physique Committee(NPC) Nationals bodybuilding championships in 1996.
At that point, I was suffering burnout from competing and I decided to pursue my education, a different career path and find my spiritual life, which eventually lead me to become a born-again Christian.
My educational background in management and criminal science led me to a job that eventually materialized into managing a multi-million dollar Public Service Ambassador Program in downtown Milwaukee.
After 8 years in this position and having met my husband, the Lord put on my heart to resume my bodybuilding quest of becoming a professional bodybuilder and to pursue the career change of becoming a full-time Personal Trainer.
My future plans are to continue to expand my knowledge base as a Personal Trainer and to once again compete in the NPC National Bodybuilding championships in 2008 and God-willing, to become a professional bodybuilder within the next 2 years.
I am currently a Certified Personal Trainer by the following organizations: National Exercise Sports Trainers Association (NESTA); National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM); and International Sports Science Association (ISSA)."

Frankly, I think the guy in the video was just no match for Sarah Hayes, who has more potential than she realizes. He did get "womanhandled" as she put it. But what's interesting is the guys watching -- what a motley crew of folks! LOL!

Amy Schmid is in the sun in this GeneX photo, then talks about getting older in this video. I've got to admit, the video is funny but the questions are a little "light" to be kind.
This is simply a beautiful photo taken by GeneX and the decision to use a black and white approach really captures Bielle's muscle development and hour-glass body.
Casey Daugherty in GeneX's photo and in James Cook's video talks about her plans for the summer of 2008.
We can't tell if she's smiling because of the wine or just plain happy, but here's Angela Salvagno (on the right) at the NPC Nationals weigh in evening.

Regular visitors to our blog are undoubtedly saying "What?!" but I've not forgotten the basics of Sports Business Simulations: our sim games. But I've spent so much time developing the video-blogs, online marketing and online reputation management aspect of the business, that I had to delay the introduction of my third classroom sim: Buffi The Gym Girl.
What's Buffi The Gym Girl?
BUFFI THE GYM GIRL BETA is a simulation of a very real, daily activity: going to the gym and the reasons why we pick a gym or leave one. Since some consider gyms as great places to meet people, and to date, it comes as no suprise that people change gyms based on clientele. Enter Buffi, expertly played by actress Cynthia Lee (with her sister Mary Lee playing "Buffi's Sister".)
Buffi is a beautiful, intelligent girl-next-door, approachable, talkative, and totaly hot and famous star gym rat and personal trainer. She's not shy about her opinions and if she comes to your gym, all kind of good things happen, namely, membership skyrockets.
Your job as gym owner is to make the right decisions to keep Buffi happy and prevent her from leaving and yet make a profit at the same time. You have several decisions you can make, from the monthly fee to use the gym, to the number of sales representatives you need to get new members, the money you spend on marketing and maintenance, the number of employees you have, and if you should expand the gym, provided you can do so.
BUFFI THE GYM GIRL is a system dynamics sim, so there are some business dynamics to be aware of. First, you can have too many members.
If you do, and Buffi's at your gym, she will leave.
You can spend too little money on maintenance, and if you do, Buffi will not come to your gym. You can have too few employees, and risk losing Buffi and everyone else. Or you can have too few amenities, and not get Buffi at all.
The question for you is can you run a successful gym and do without Buffi? That's something you will have to figure out for yourself, either for fun or as part of a business or sport management or fitness management class. If you're interested in using this for your class, call me, Zennie Abraham, its creator, at 510-387-9809 or email: email@example.com
Buffi The Gym Girl Decisions
There are several decisions that make up Buffi The Gym Girl

Adrienne Bailon is a Disney Cheetah Girl who claimed nude photos of her were stolen, then put on the Internet. Well, it's all a hoax set up by her friend who's a Hollywood publicist. Watch my video to learn why. Female bodybuilders should take note of the downfall of sloppily posting their photos without thought.
Anna Sanchez is a popular female bodybuilder expertly captured by the FTVideo crew. Here's a video of Anna showing her combination of power and beauty:
Becca Swanson , who at one point was considered the strongest woman in the World, is captured here at the Olympia Expo of the Miss Olympia Contest. And in the video below, Swanson benches 551 pounds:

In this photo, female bodybuilder Jennifer Sedia has collapsed after blacking out. On the "Get Big" forum, a writer, "Ron", explained:
"She was holding her breath too long and blacked out, but she is perfectly fine. Especially after placing 10th, in her first Olympia and being the lightest girl up there."
I saw this post at the GeneX forum about Nicole..
Nicole Clark-Ramirez (firstname.lastname@example.org) has been teaching as an adjunct in the English department at Massasoit Community College and Emerson College for about 3-4 years, and has added Bridgewater State College to her repertoire this past fall.
She received her MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College in early 2003 and attended Boston University, School of the Museum of Fine Arts, and UMASS-Boston for her eventual BA in English and Art. While completing her undergraduate degree, she worked for Boston Children's Services (now the Home for Little Wanderers) in both the HSP and EPiC programs. HSP (Healthy, Strong, and Proud) was a Boston area HIV peer prevention group that targeted glbtqs (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, questioning, and straight) youth. But EPiC was her main concern.
EPiC (every person counts) was a very small group that traveled to urban area community centers and high schools (such as Revere High and Roxbury Community Center) to perform self-created presentations on anti-homophobia, anti-racism, and anti-violence for mostly at-risk youth of color. Nicole sees diversity as a necessity in the college classroom; everything from texts to conversations should embrace all diversities in our society, and she hopes that all instructors and professors feel the same.
As an under-30, half-Cuban, mostly-closeted lesbian, she brings a bit of age, racial and sexual diversity to the NECIT seminar. Nicole plans to get her PhD or EdD and strives for the elusive job of a full-time professor. In her five minutes of spare time each week, she attempts to embrace her Cuban roots, read The New Yorker, work out at the gym, and write poetry.

Female French Swimmer Laure Manaudou has had a hard go of it of late. Just on top of the swimming World two years ago and in love with Italian Swimmer Male Luca Martin, Laure Manaudou saw her life change rapidly.
After breaking up with Luca Martin, tossing the ring he gave her into the pool, nude photos of her surface on The Internet, embarrasing her in the process.
Fast Forward to Beijing. Luca Martin has taken up with another female swimmer, Federica Pellegrini. Beautiful, athletic, and stunning, Federica Pellegrini has Laure Manaudou's ex-boyfriend and her ex-coach.
Then on Sunday, Laure Manaudou suffers a total performance collapse, coming in last in the 400m Freestyle race. Then, to add insult to injury, Laure Manaudou's 2007 200m Freestyle record is broken by none other than Federica Pellegrini, who also turned her back on Laure on Sunday.
The only way Laure can prevail and salvage a wrecked career is to beat Federica Pellegrini in the finals on Wednesday.
I'm rooting for Laure Manaudou, as she's been through far too much and is too talented for the treatment she's gotten.
What's fascinating about this is the level of attention female swimmers are given in Europe; much more than in the United States. Swimmers like Laure and Federica appear on talk shows and in the front page of magazines, and are chased by photographers.

Tomoko Kanda calls herself the "Steel Butterfly" but I think "Steel Rose" is a better term. Tomoko, photoged here by GeneX, has this bio from her website:
" Born: Osaka, Japan
" Height: 5' 4"
" Weight: 135lb (contest) 150-170 lb offseason.
" Years Bodybuilding: 14
" Favorite Bodypart: Back
" Favorite Exercise: Dumbbell Press, Barbell Press
" Favorite Supplements: Whey Protein, Glutamine, BCAA's
How Did You Get Started?
When I was at a gym, I met a friend who was a power lifter and asked me to become his training partner. That dragged me into serious training in bench pressing.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
Two days on one day off routine is best for me.
What are some of your best lifts?
Dumbbell press 75 lb for reps, lat pull down 200 lb (entire stack), bench press 225 lb (max),
barbell rows 225 lb (for reps). Squats over 500 lb (on hack squat machine).
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
Eat lots of chicken and meat even if you are in off-season. Try not to eat so much junk food either, that is killing you, if you are on diet before the contest. Take supplement such as BCAA & Glutamine, and protein before and after workout, and before bed.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
Glutamine and BCAA's have given me the greatest gains.
Why Do You Love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because it gives me motivation and goal.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
To keep training hard and live a healthy lifestyle. In time, I hope to take my physique above 2004 level.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Workout hardcore (but no injury please) and continue what you are aiming for, and eat well!
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My favorites are: Franco Columbu, Arnold S., Juliette Bergman,Yaxeni Oriquen and Vicki Gates.
I'm not sure what Aleesha Young and Kira Neuman are pointing at in Las Vegas, but what ever it is --- oh, it must be GeneX. Ok. there's got to be a cocktail somewhere around there!!

Kira Neuman's New Blog and Website kiraneuman.com
Kira Neuman has a new blog and website at http://www.kiraneuman.com Pay a visit as it has a lot of information on her doings in the FBB world.
I thought this was an interesting take to share with the audience here.
Well, as stated an hour before the end of the Ms. International Bodybuilding Show, Yaxeni was given the nod for first place. She was clearly in the best shape of her life, with hamstrings that had the audience gasping in amazement.
I have NEVER seen so many women off their peak at any one show.
Iris was penalized for more than obvious lumps in her rear end and shoulder (it was pretty shocking), Kristi Hawkins Was OFF her Nationals 2007 conditioning, Debbie Lascewski was way OFF her Nationals 2006 victory. (And I love the Kristi and Debbie L physiques.) Colette Nelson was off but had a very cool routine as she usually does. Colette is focusing on the NY Pro and should bring a much tighter package now that she is focused.
Honorable mentions to Cathy Le Francois and Annie Riveccio who both made significant improvements and brought their best packages to date. Cathy had deeply striate glutes and a graceful routine. Cathy was just off the hook with her conditioning and attitude on stage. She was robbed and should have placed a lot higher than where she did.
Annie increased her bicep and shoulder size to match her legs - and her stage presence was great. She has broken through the 'shy' barrier. If she can come in a little dryer/a little more conditioned, Annie would consistently place in the top 5 at any show.
As for Iris Kyle-
I've heard she was disqualified and I've heard she was penalized. Either way, Iris had MAJOR knots in the shoulders and glutes. What they were I can only guess, but it was enough for audience members to talk about them and for the judges to deem her not 'TOP 6' worthy. What does this mean for the future of women's BBing? Only time will tell.
Bud Light Beer star Holly Nicholson is captured for posterity in this photoshoot taken in Las Vegas by GeneX.
Who says female bodybuilders don't have all the fun. They're doing it in this picture taken by GeneX at a hotel at the NPC Las Vegas female bodybuilding contest (ok, there's male, too, but we don't care about that). The photo has Annie Rivieccio and Kira Neuman jumping on the beds in their room!

Jennifer Gutierrez is showing her new body after reportedly being trained by Heather Armbrust, She's going to complete in the upcomming Las Vegas USA Female Bodybuilding contest. Her MySpace page is worth a visit: http://www.myspace.com/jenngutierrez

What we have here is an incredible body in the form of Shawna Walker, who's a trainer and female bodybuilder currrently located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and not far from GeneX, who took the photo.
In it, she shows her fantastic abs and overall cut and muscularly sexy body. Just wish she's show some teeth!
Saturday, July 12, 2008
Ok folks. Here's more of Aleesha Young in this new -- as of this writing -- video. Keep in mind she's 23 which means she's got a lot of time to win a lot of contests! (Oh, and I hate the video music! Yikes.)
Ok. Before you say, "Hey, that was way back in Feb, March of this year" let me say, yes, you're right. But this photo I've not seen before, nor Miss Eason. It's striking in that it shows, well, her cut, buffed, sexy yet strong body and a natural smile. She has a kind of easy stance, but it also seems as if she's a bit shy with all of her training and that awesome MySpace page .
This fomer Houston Texans' Cheerleader was recently called the "World's Fittest Model" at Bodybuilding.com.
She's also captured by GeneX in this video:
This is Ms Olympia and Ms. International winner and famous fbb Iris Kyle at the NY Pro Show. She's also featured in this great video which shows her cut and sexy contest-winning form.
Michelle's a popular female bodybuilder with over 20 years of experience -- even though she doesn't look like it -- and has a great website which even has its own store. Michelle's pictured here at the 2008 NY Pro Show.
I had to post this photo because it shows just how common it has become for women to flex. It's the result of athletics, Title IX and the general advance of women in American society. And guys love it.

This is Sheena Bocciolone in a double biceps pose photo by Andrew Ducrow and in a video wher she beats a random dude in arm wrestling. (Say, why do these guys always look so dorky?)
Anyway, there's little information on Sheena Bocciolone as of this writing and no website or MySpace page as of this writing.

DOB: June 9th , 1966
Weight: contest 140 offseason 155-160
Eyes: dark brown
Residence: San Diego, California
Birthplace: New Jersey
Hobbies: weighttrain (compete),go to beach, volleyball, read, personal/spiritual growth work, movies, hike, yoga, dance, meet new people travel, hairstlyist, physiquemodel, music, study success people and the mind, but mostly spend time with family and friends
Lifelong goals compete as a pro, live a healthy, harmonious lifestyle and study success to enable me to inpsire and encourage others to achieve their dreams through personal/spiritual/physical growth. To meet and marry my bestfriend .....continue to live each day with purpose and gratitude... and give back to society.
I was the youngest of 4 children that played sports growing up. My dad took every opportunity to coach and practice with us as he encouraged us to have fun and be our best. I was shy and seemed to blossom when it came to athletics. As a young girl I tried every sport but as a teenager I enjoyed softball, track and volleyball.
It wasnt until I was in my early 20s that I became interested in my body image... I would say I wasnaturally pear shaped, with most of my weight in my legs so I always wanted to lose the 5-10 pounds to look good. After going on every diet and doing lots of cardio I realized I needed to tone with weights to get results. I'll never forget my first workout magazine was shape....I was so into reading the success stories for inspiration and learning the dos and donts of proper diet and training. Initially I joined a all girl gym (I was still shy)but eventually joined a "real" gym (in Phoneix arizona) and this wasnt until I was 26 years old. When I first joined this female trainer took me under her wing and show me a workout program. After a couple of months I met a man I dated for 4 years who was a noncompetitive Bodybuilder. I was lucky to learn alot more from him and his bodybuilding magaiznes that were laying around. I rememeber being in awe of Laura Creavalle more then anyone and then Sue Price and later Lenda Murray. He eventually took me to some local shows where i thought everyone was a winner on that stage. ALthough a this time I was not interested in competing I still got more motivated to go to gym and train hard afterwards.

Please describe a typical day in the life of Betty Viana.
I wake up 4:00 am to get list all food for my husband and clients, then I prepare to go to the gym to do Cardio for 45 min, abdominals, waist, and calves, maybe if I have an appointment with my clients, work for couple hours, and come to my house to rest. Eat about 6 or 7 times in day, and trainning twice a day, work in the gym with my husband 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and come back to my house to prepare all meals to the next day...share with Armando (husband) all comments in the day and Sleep.
Please tell me something about your daily training routine.
Monday: chest-shoulders, Tuesday: back-trapecius Wednesday: Thighs, Thursday: biceps and triceps.
How often do you train in a week?
I train 5 days a week in off seasson but when I prepare for a competition I train 3 days in row and 1 off and 3 days again and 1 off.
What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off-season?
The first diference is the intensity and the stress, in off seasson you can skip the day if we are busy we can rest and do it in free time, but during contest prep is holy training, no matter if it rains, a hurricane or whatever. Whatever happens you know it is the most important...all the time the weights are heavy and low repetition about 12 or 15, in pre-contest the same eigth and more repetitions 15-20-25 or more.
If you don't mind would you give me some stats (best lifts and some body measurements)?
Shoulders: 140 Pounds (Military Press)
Chest: 220 Pounds
Biceps curls: 120 Pounds
Leg Press: 550 Pounds.
Which bodypart is your best in your opinion?
The best body parts in my opinion are my thighs, abdominals, and shoulders but front thighs are the best for me.
What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don't like so much?
I like to do legs, legs extension, squats in machine or free weights, shoulders military press, and flys with dumbells. I hate Hamstrins,is my weak point.

(You're stlll at the right place for Women's fitness information. But once and awhile, it's good to shake up the routine. )
I created this "vlog" (video-blog) to deal with and talk about a problem I've had with certain friends.
Perhaps you've had the same problem where some of your, in my case, friends who are White (or the reverse or generally interracial) don't give you proper "consideration" in your friendship, where consideration is a kind of contract that all friendships have -- a contract of basic expectations of treatment.
In other words, while you call them, they don't call you, or if you are dealing with someone who's racist, they tell you that you "see racism" rather than coming to your aide.
Or they are your friends as long as they're able to take advantage of you or get information from you, but when they get around their friends, you suddenly don't exist.
I'd like to know your response to my video and your view.

Darnell Patrick Lauture Alledgedly Killed Amanda Dunbar's Sister Stacey Lauture, His Wife
I got an email from my friend, IFBB pro female bodybuilder Amanda Dunbar. I've gotten a lot of emails from Amanda over the many years, but this one is the first to totally shock him and it hits me, too. This is what she wrote:
I'm not sure if anyone has heard about this yet, but my sister, 21 year old, Stacey Lauture, was murdered by her husband, Darnell Lauture on Tuesday early evening.
She was beaten, then shot in the head, while her 2 year old beautiful angel, Amiyah, watched. Darnell then took off with Amiyah, and drove from their home in GA to his parents house in Cape Coral, Florida. It hhttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gifas been 4 days since Amiyah has spoken to or seen anyone in her family and she needs to be returned. She is in protective foster care and I am fearful of her mental well-being at this point.
The poor child is only 2. Please, if you see Darnell or have seen him, contact the police immediately. He is an ex-truck driver and "I suspect" he is hitch-hiking on the interstate. Taking showers, eating, sleeping at truck stops. He was in South Florida the last thing we knew, but could be ANYWHERE by now. He has under $1000 on him with no credit available. He was driving my sisters blue, 2004, 4-door Hyundai sonata. We have to catch this killer. He is armed and dangerous. Please.... if you know anything or have seen him, contact the police immediately.
According to this Times Herald article, ..
Police have begun a several state manhunt for 24-year-old Darnell Patrick Lauture who is wanted in connection with the shooting death of his wife, 21-year-old Stacey Lauture, according to local authorities.
The incident happened overnight Tuesday at Stacey Lauture’s townhouse in Lakeside Apartments, located at 3405 Lakeside Way in Newnan, according to Major James Yarbrough of the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.
Stacey and Darnell Lauture were in the process of a divorce, and police had been called to the residence in the past to investigate domestic issues.
From what members of the sheriff’s office have gathered, Stacey was last seen alive around noon on Tuesday. Sometime after that, Darnell Lauture allegedly shot her once, fatally wounding her, according to Yarbrough.
This is shocking. I'm sending this email to every news media person I know, please pass this blog post on and write about it, too if you're a blogger.
I will give periodic updates here and at our main blog, Zennie's Zeitgeist.
Petechons, whoever that is, features rising star fbb Aleesha Young at the 2008 NPC Nationals flexing her bicep in a killer dress. With her almost perfect combination of approachable beauty, and strong woman sexiness, Aleesha Young's becoming a regular here and around the FBB Fan Community.
The video below is from HDPhysiques and shows Aleesha's incredibly cut and buffed figure in a smoking bikini. And of course we have that great smile.

Heather Bayer is not just one of my favorite top female bodybuilders, she's one of my favorite people, too. Photoged by GeneX, Heather took the middleweight competition in the 2008 Junior Nationals, and has done very well in every contest she's been in, and it's only a matter of time before she gets her pro-card. Plus, as I explained up top, she's a nice person.
The only problem is that Heather's not yet done a movie or commercial. It's mind-numbing to think that someone with her presence has not been promoted or discovered for the movies or even a video show. Get thee an agent!
Here's a video introduction by Heather herself.

Here's another awesome photo of Kira Neuman by our favorite shutterbug, GeneX. Here's Newman shows the great cut and sexy body she's becoming an FBB star for. And that smile! Oh, and the hat? Frank Sinatra would be proud.
This is a totally funny movie video by Barely Political and shows both Amber Lee Ettinger as Obama Girl and IFBB Pro Female Bodybuilder Collete Nelson as "The McCain She-Hulk".

Nikki Fuller is one of the few fbb pros that has a Wikipedia listing. She's a well-known female bodybuilder and actress.
Terra Walther is dressed for the party on Halloween, and decides to show her muscles. She no slouch at all. Terra Walther was a star track and field athlete in Ashland. While not a competing fbb, she could be one. But the photo just shows us how common and popular being a strong woman has become.
GeneX does his commonly masterful work of capturing the best beauty in a female bodybuilder. In this case, it's Kira Neuman, who was the 2007 college champ and this year was in the 2008 NPC Jr. Nationals.
Kira Neuman is profiled by "Modelobserver" -- I'll be they were -- here:
Kira Neuman: No problem, it's my pleasure! Thank you! I would define myself as a very outgoing, energetic, funny person. I am very outgoing and personable.
* How was it like growing up in Greenwood, Indiana?
Kira Neuman: Growing up in Greenwood Indiana was definitely great. I don't think I would have rather grown up anywhere else. Well maybe somewhere warmer in the winter!!! I have three brothers so that was an experience in and of itself! I was always a tomboy and got into sports at a very young age.
* How did you first get started into bodybuilding? Did you have a role model that influenced you to get into bodybuilding?
Kira Neuman: I went to Ball State University for four years and in my third year there I attended an amateur bodybuilding show they put on. I saw it, was interested and went for it the next year. I was hooked ever since! My biggest role model who has influenced me to get into bodybuilding has been my father. He used to compete and has always been my number one fan.
* Throughout your life you were so active in sports: participating in gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, softball and even tennis. How is bodybuilding different from other sports?
Kira Neuman Gallery
Pohotographer: Gene X Hwang - GeneX Magazine.
Kira Neuman: Bodybuilding is so different from any sport I have ever played. I was always very athletic and participated in sports year round, but I didn't have to diet!! With bodybuilding I learned very quickly how much of a commitment the sport really is. It is a lifestyle and it has taught me a lot of discipline. So I think the biggest difference is the serious dedication and discipline the sport requires in order to be successful!
* You are the winner of 2007 NPC Teen & Collegiate National Championships! How do you feel as the 2007 Collegiate Bodybuilding National Champion? Was it easy for you to win the contest?
Kira Neuman: Winning the 2007 NPC Collegiate Nationals was awesome! It's a pretty cool title to have and I am very proud! I don't think it's really ever easy to win a contest because of all the hard work that goes into the contest prep. It is a very rewarding feeling to win something that I worked so hard for!
* How do you manage the muscle building process so well? Do you set timeline and specific tasks such as desired weight, level of body fat and measurements, or you just train your muscles as hard as you can?
Kira Neuman: I am someone who is not concerned with numbers. So, I don't pay close attention to what the scale says because I don't want to overstress or become obsessed with it. I train hard every day and I just try to make improvements on my lifts and in my physique and I don't limit myself to a certain timeline. I just do my best and whatever I end up with in the end is what I end up with! I just have to rock it no matter what!
* Bodybuilders are judged on the overall quality of their muscular development. Judging is based upon the presentation of: Muscles Mass, Definition, Proportion, Symmetry and Stage Presence. How ready is your body in each field? Where do you plan to improve?
Kira Neuman: I feel confident in saying that I my stage presence, symmetry and proportion are all on point. I definitely feel that there is always a need for improvement so the one thing I really want to work on this year is my conditioning which will in turn improve my definition. I also want to add a little more muscle to my entire physique.
* What weight lifting equipment is best for you and which weight lifting program do you use?
Kira Neuman: I love a combination of both free weights and machines. Using both gives me the best results and allows me to vary my workouts. I also use a combination of powerlifting training and low weight, high repetition training. For me, the most important thing is that I change my routine regularly!
* How did you find your bodybuilding diet that helps you to gain muscle mass fast?
Kira Neuman: My trainer, Jon Pedigo, has been a huge help with my contest diet and my offseason diet. He has guided me through my training and given me some great advice which has helped me make a lot of improvements!
