Cindy Phillips In Top Shape
This is a photo of Canadian Female Bodybuilder Cindy Phillips during the Canadian Nationals and it reveals why many remark that her's was the "most transformed" body. The video shows the training that got her there.
hello, i'd like to post a comment on the blog. i saw the video on youtube and i don't think that bodybuilders are atheletes. i think if someone does yoga then they might be very healthy and athletic, but there are not quite atheletes, also if someone swims alot then they might be fit but are not an athelete, also if i ran alot, i would not be an athelete. I think that to be an athelete you have to compete at some games, so a football player trains (in the gym) and outside, but the second he steps onto the field of play in a game, against another team, he becomes an athelte.
In body building there are no games, no races, no end games of competition where the training comes into play. There is a competition but the result is down to judges, so in my head there is no athletics. No athelete.
